THE TOWN OF UPTON LANDFILL CAN ONLY ACCEPT WASTE WITHIN THE CURRENT PERMITTING ALLOWANCES. NO MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE FROM OUTSIDE OF WESTON COUNTY WILL BE ACCEPTED, AS PER THE CURRENT PERMIT.

Report all dogs at large to dispatch by calling 307–468–2475! If no officers are in the Police Department building, the call will rollover to dispatch and they can take the information regarding dogs at large to relay to the officer on duty. You can find more information about ordinances pertaining to animals here. If you have an emergency, call 911.

In order to register an official complaint, the reporting party will need to complete and sign a complaint form for our records. We take compliments too
Town Council meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month, unless otherwise advertised. If you would like to speak at a meeting, please call City Hall 468-2441 at least seven (7) days before the upcoming meeting to be added to the agenda. Everyone is welcome to attend open meetings and we encourage your participation.
